Fundraising Group Meeting is taking place at Lees
Library, next Tuesday at 7.30pm Admission is by the side door - please
tap on the Community Room window. If you are involved/interested in fundraising
for the parish please come along!
The
next Exploring Prayer session is on Thursday
24th 7.30pm St Agnes. This will be the second of 5 weekly
sessions.These are stand alone sessions.

Library on Friday 25th September, 2015 from 2pm until 4.30pm. Everyone

Harvest Queen crowning is September 26th
at 2.30pm in church followed by in
School. Do come along and support our new Harvest Queen (and retinue) in her
first public event – Donations please!
PCC meet Monday next week (28th)
7pm in St Thomas Church. Would members please do their best to attend this
meeting

4th Parish service for Harvest
11am St Thomas, No service at St Agnes that morning.
Harvest Lunch will take place on in
Lees Library on October 4th after the service at St Thomas. Tickets
£5 adults, £2.50 children. You MUST have a ticket before this date if you want
to attend.Please would anyone who has ‘stuff’ in the cupboards (or even not in
the cupboards!) at the back of St Thomas Church please have a good sort through and clear out as soon as
possible – and definitely by the end of October half term. We need to have the
space cleared to enable the preparatory work for the development project to go
ahead.
We
need more people to read and/or do the prayers at our Sunday services. Please
think seriously about helping with this. Help is available if you are unsure.
