Saturday 10.30 to noon. All welcome Come along for refreshment and a
chat. If you haven’t been before try it this week!
This week is Christian Aid Week. If you don’t get an
envelope through your door please pick one up in church and contribute to this
important charity. If you can help with the door to door collection please talk
to a warden. We are all moved by tragic events that cause so many of our fellow
humans so much suffering. Contributing to Christian Aid is a practical way of
helping!
Rose Queen crowning will take place at St Agnes at 2pm
on Saturday May 16th.
Preparations are well
under way but ‘good’ bottles are still needed for the bottle stall (I guess
that means wine!)

Ascension Day on Thursday, 14th, service at St Thomas at 7.30pm.
This will be followed by
coffee evening at 52 Spring Lane.
Our Pastoral Team, who hold services in two care homes and visit and
take communion to housebound parishioners, really need some more helpers. This
does not involve a huge time commitment, but does need the right people. If you
think this could be you please talk to Ruth or Edith.
Come along and support the
school by having a Cream Tea from
3pm on Wednesday 20th May in St. Thomas’ Leesfield School Hall.
