Next Sunday’s service at St Thomas’ will be an All age service with a baptism.
Max does a great job playing the CDs at St Thomas when Warren is away. We could do with another volunteer to cover when Max is also away, if anyone would like to do this please let Edith know.
Tuesday morning Holy Communion service at St Thomas at 10am. This is a short (30mins) service without hymns. The congregation is low in numbers now, it would be good to involve more people. If you are around at that time why not drop in and give it a try? It would be good to be able to offer a cuppa afterwards too – and allow people who come to have a chat.
Community Room Anyone wishing to book the community room at St Thomas should contact Audrey Atkinson (652 2987) She is in charge of bookings so we don’t double book.
Supplementary forms – I am already getting enquiries about Bluecoat or Crompton House forms that need signing. I will discuss each one with the warden and Sunday School leader (who have the attendance records) in meetings at the beginning of October. If you have one of these to be signed please let me have it by Sunday October 2nd, and it will be signed and returned to you well before the submission date.
