The parish Electoral Roll needs to be updated in
preparation for our Annual Church Meeting in April. If you live in the parish
or attend our churches regularly and are 16 or over you are entitled to be on
our electoral roll. Please check whether you are on the roll, and if not please
fill in a form. Copies of the Electoral Roll and forms are available at the
back of both churches.
Our Annual Parish Meeting is drawing closer. Now is a good time to think
about membership of the PCC, sidespeople etc. In
particular St Agnes Church needs a Warden – Philip Hibbert kindly agreed, last year, to serve for a year (which has been
really useful) but now a new warden really MUST be found.
If you are responsible for
compiling a report for our APCM booklet
please get this to Paul as soon as you can, and certainly by March 12th.
