Bible Study Monday 1.30pm at St Thomas. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve been before or not. Numbers are growing week to week and a lively discussion is guaranteed!

Ladies of Leesfield Quiz Night Thursday 7.30pm in St Thomas’ Community Room 

Comedy Night at the Royal George – Friday at 8.30pm, see Karen Jakeman for tickets. Leesfield School FUNdraisers event.

Tea and Toast 10.30am until noon, Saturday at St Thomas’

July 8^th is Harvest Queen Molly Mae & her retinue’s “at home”.   This is a celebration of her year as Harvest Queen and there will be a short service when Rose, May & Harvest Queens from other churches will join her.  Afterwards there will be refreshments and stalls over in the school hall.  We would be very grateful for any donations of soft toys, chocolate, tombola items and bottles for the stalls.  Please drop off to church or give to Emma MacDonald, Liz Briggs, Ella Wood and Karen Jakeman.  Many Thanks for your support.

St Thomas church is open regularly on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, so people can drop in, look around, pray or just sit. For this to happen, we need volunteers to sit in church (Could be in the back room !) Can you help with this? Can you spare an hour now and again? See Edith or sign the list please.

In her first speech to Parliament Jo Cox said "we are far more united and have far more in common than that which divides us"

To celebrate her life and legacy her family have asked that on the first anniversary of her death communities get together and share what they have in common.

St Thomas' School are hosting a "Great Get-Together" on Friday 16th June at 1.30pm.

Everyone is invited to come along, but school will need to know numbers for refreshments.

If you're able to come please fill in a slip available from school or from Karen Jakeman in church, or contact Mary Butt in school.
