Queen's Diamond Jubilee Big Lunch Celebration

Sunday, 3rd June from 12 noon until 3pm

The Big Lunch is a 'Bring & Share' event, so you are invited to bring along some food for sharing. 

Everyone is welcome and the event will include a photographic competition in which there are 4 categories LOCAL NATURE, PEOPLE, PLACES & JUBILEE. These will be judged in age groups 8-16 years and 17years and above. There will be a Homemade Cake competition and a Children's Fancy Dress competition. 

Oldham Brass Band (Lees) will be entertaining us and also                        Ellie Knott our local talented flautist (1.30pm - 3pm).The local shops in Lees will be trimming up and it should be a real party atmosphere.

I am able to perform from my varied repertoire of music at your wedding.

The beautiful ethereal serenity of the flute is perfect for your wedding whilst you are signing the register for your guests to listen to and during the service to make your day special and memorable.

I can also play at your reception providing an intimate and social ambiance for you and your guests during your drinks reception and/or wedding breakfast or I can play the saxophone as an alternative to give a sophisticated upbeat jazzy  atmosphere.
